Refund policy

At Mivave, we want your shopping experience to be the best possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the option of a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Period
You can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product (right of withdrawal).

Product Conditions
The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must include its tags, accessories, and original packaging.
Products that show signs of misuse will not be accepted.

Return Due to Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the exchange or refund will be made at no additional cost.

Refund
Once the product has been received and inspected at our distribution center, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time frame may vary depending on the bank or card operator.

Shipping Costs
In cases of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
In cases of defective products or store error, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
